A brasserie in the Ramat Aviv Mall that joins classic France with touches of the new world, with breakfasts, a weekday business lunch, desserts and cocktails

Cafe Albert is a brasserie in the Ramat Aviv Mall, at 40 Einstein Street. Its site says it joins classic France with touches of the new world, and calls it a concept first of its kind in Israel: uncompromising food and hospitality inside an upmarket shopping centre, as is usual in Europe. It serves several menus through the day. Breakfast runs from the Albert breakfast of eggs, a bread basket and three sides to shakshuka, benedicts, croque madame and French breakfasts of croissant, butter and jam; from Sunday to Thursday between 12:15 and 16:00 a main course brings a free first course from the specials. The mains include grilled salmon fillet, the Albert burger with pepper sauce and smoked goose, curry and beef fillet with bone marrow, and there are dessert and cocktail menus too. Tables can be booked on its site, and it also delivers.
