Hudson Lilienblum is the Tel Aviv version of the long-running Hudson restaurant in Ramat HaHayal, a smaller, less formal room on the renewed Lilienblum Street. Its site says its ingredients, the meat first among them, are of the highest grade and are meant to speak for themselves. The menu runs from sourdough bread, pickled vegetables and a Mexican soup through beef tartare and carpaccio to beef skewers, cuts of steak and a vegan 'chunk steak'. A private room called 'the office' takes shared meals and events. It is open from noon on weekdays and from the late afternoon on Friday, and is closed on Saturday.
