ZO is an Asian chef's restaurant at 11 Rothschild Boulevard, in the part of town its site calls Tel Aviv's Soho. The site says it covers more than 400 square metres with about 120 seats, a private room for small events and a gallery overlooking the boulevard for larger ones, in a design inspired by New York, London and Miami. Behind it are restaurateur Yaki Kabir and Dr Amir Zarach, and the kitchen is led by chef Don Tran, who brings more than 35 years of experience in Asian cooking. The menu joins Asian traditions with new techniques. It opens for dinner from Monday to Saturday, and from 12:30 on Friday.
