A Galilean-style hummus place on King George Street, with a second branch on Ibn Gabirol Street

Hummus Abu Dubi is a hummus place at 81 King George Street, near Dizengoff Center, and its site now lists a second branch at 54 Ibn Gabirol Street. Its menu is Galilean: fresh hummus with an airy texture, served with or without warm chickpeas, tahini, parsley, paprika, cumin and Galilean olive oil, alongside msabbaha, mahluta of warm ful, and hummus with mushrooms or pine nuts. Every dish comes with onion, olives, pickles and hot peppers, and coffee on the house at the end of the meal. Its press page quotes ynet naming Gal Eilam and Samir Ayoub as the people behind it, and Time Out on the queue for a table on the King George pavement. It is open every day, until 17:00 on Friday.
