The Tel Aviv delicatessen, butcher's counter and restaurant of a farm in the Ela Valley, in Ramat Aviv HaHadasha since 2008

Zuk Farm is a working farm in the hills of the Ela Valley, founded in 1998, where goats and sheep graze and vegetables, olive oil, wine, honey and jams are produced. In 2008 its founder brought it to the city and opened the delicatessen in Ramat Aviv, which sells the farm's lamb and kid, goat cheeses, organic vegetables, olive oil and wine beside the produce of other makers, with a daily menu of cooked food, breads and a butcher's counter of fresh meat and steaks. Chef Asaf Shinar later joined him and the two opened the restaurant next door, whose menu is built on the farm, the delicatessen and the butcher. The delicatessen is closed on Saturday; the restaurant is open then and holds a Shabbat dinner on Friday evening.
