It has two large adjoining halls, showers, changing rooms and a roomy lounge where tea is served after practice, and it provides mats, blocks, straps, blankets and bolsters, with a small shop corner selling mats and blocks. Its timetable runs Ashtanga, with early-morning Mysore practice, beside hatha, vinyasa, yin, power vinyasa and rocket-inspired classes, pranayama and meditation, in groups by level and for all levels. It also runs yoga teacher-training courses. Its site suggests coming by bicycle, on foot or by public transport, and says there is parking in the area.
