Lotte is the restaurant of Brown's Galei Kinneret hotel on Eliezer Kaplan Boulevard in Tiberias, named for Lotte Eisenberg, who founded the hotel in 1946 as one of the country's first luxury hotels. By Brown's account it cooks with fresh local produce: Sea of Galilee fish and beef from the Galilee and Golan hills at lunch, and at dinner a chef's menu of meat, fish and pasta beside starters and salads served from a buffet, with cocktails, Galilee beers and a house wine made with the Teperberg winery. The room has large windows and open balconies onto the lake. Diners who are not staying are welcome for lunch and dinner, Sunday to Thursday, with a booking; lunch is served from 13:00 to 15:00 and dinner from 19:00 to 21:30.

Brown's page gives lunch Sunday to Thursday 13:00 to 15:00 and dinner Sunday to Thursday 19:00 to 21:30; the hotel's questions page says diners who are not staying are taken Sunday to Thursday, with a booking. Friday dinner is a buffet for hotel guests, and Saturday dinner runs from 19:00 to 21:00, depending on when Shabbat ends. The phone is the hotel's.
