Midbara's thirteen cabins are built among soft hills facing the Ashosh reserve, ringed by mountain ridges, and no two are alike: a couples' cabin alone on a hilltop, a family cabin of stone, one especially roomy and accessible to guests with limited mobility, and five of plastered mud. Each stands beside a different water source, a paddling pool, a wooden desert hammam or a pool. Breakfast comes to the cabin or to the central area in a basket of local cheeses, home-cured olives, bread baked on site, eggs and vegetables. In the gathering area, under a large shaded sukkah with sculpted mud benches and a taboon, light meals, espresso, cold beer and wine are served, and a self-service pantry sells boutique cheeses, wines, beers, fruit and vegetables to guests.
