An ecological holiday village of mud and straw cabins in Tzukim, with a heated pool, a mini khan and mud-building workshops.
Yemey Midbar's fourteen earth cabins, of three kinds, were sculpted by hand by its owners from mud, straw and wood, layer upon layer in ancient building methods. Each cabin has a private corner with a fire pit, an equipped kitchen, a grill and a hammock, and some have their own paddling pools. At the centre of the village are a large paddling pool, heated in winter, a mini khan for meals and gatherings, a shared kitchen and an open practice space. Cars stay in the car park, staff bring guests to the cabins by electric cart, and mud-building workshops for children and adults can be booked ahead.
