A community café among fruit trees in Yesud HaMa'ala, named after Arnon Benvenisti Vaspi, with bagels, breakfasts and live music on Fridays.
Arnon's Place began as a café in its owner's gallery and studio in old Rosh Pina and moved to Gan Arnon, a community garden in Yesud HaMa'ala. Both carry the name of her son, Arnon Benvenisti Vaspi, a Givati officer who fell in battle in Jabalia in November 2023. The café is roofed but open to the garden, among fruit trees, with sitting corners, a campfire corner, animals and horses, Wi-Fi and power points for working, and a shelter nearby. The menu runs to American bagels, a full breakfast, coffee, fresh juices, shakes, cakes, beer and wine. It is also a stage for the community: free study in pairs on weekday mornings, art and craft workshops, jam sessions and live music for the whole family on Fridays.
