Yesud HaMa'ala industrial zone, Yesud HaMa'ala

A family-run boutique apiary in Yesud HaMa'ala's industrial zone, with its own honey plant, a factory shop and a visitors' centre that runs guided tours.

Hakol Dvash was founded in 2006 by the Yosef family of Yesud HaMa'ala and has grown to about 1,000 hives spread across the Upper Galilee and the Golan Heights. The honey follows the blossom of the seasons, from eucalyptus, Christ's thorn, wildflowers, summer flowers and avocado, and the full combs are brought to the plant in Yesud HaMa'ala, where the honey is extracted and packed without heating or filtering. The plant also makes other products from honey, sold in the factory shop and in the online shop. At the visitors' centre, organised tours explain the work of the bee and of the beekeeper and why bees matter, with a display and a walk through the plant, and visitors can taste the honeys in the shop. The shop and the visitors' centre open Sunday to Thursday by appointment and are closed on Saturday.
