They are before. The Authority states that the returns it reports are before the fund's management fees, so a saver's own return is lower by the fee on savings.
The figures are from the monthly reports of the Capital Market, Insurance and Savings Authority for September 2026, read on 5 November 2026. Returns are before management fees, and past returns say nothing about future ones.
The Authority publishes them on three sites: provident funds, pension funds and insurance savings.
