פסק-דין

1.בעלי הדין, והכוונה למערער והמשיב 1, הגיעו להסכמה שאלה פרטיה:

א) המערער ישלם לקופת פשיטת הרגל סכום של 65,000 ש"ח (בצירוף פירות העירבון), כדלקמן:

אא. העירבון בסך 35,000 ש"ח שהופקד בערעור (בצירוף פירותיו).

בב. שמונה תשלומים של 3,500 ש"ח כל אחד שישולמו על ידי המערער מידי חודש החל ביום 10.3.2014.

גג. תשלום אחד של 2,000 ש"ח שישולם ביום 10.11.2014.

ב) משישולם הסכום הכולל של 65,000 ש"ח (בצירוף פירות העירבון) לא תהא לאחד מן הצדדים טענה כלשהי כלפי משנהו, והצדדים מוותרים על כל טענה שהיא כלפי האחר.

ג) היה ויתברר כי לחייב (המשיב 3) אין כל חובות יוחזר הסכום שנתקבל בקופה, היינו 65,000 ש"ח (בצירוף פירות העירבון), לידיו של המערער.

ד) מבוקש שיינתן תוקף של פסק-דין להסדר.

2.לבקשתם של המערער והמשיב 1 ניתן בזה תוקף של פסק-דין למוסכם, כאמור בפיסקה 1 לעיל.
