נוכח האמור בהודעה המוסכמת מיום 27.4.2014, ובהתחשב בכך שהיא הוגשה על דעת כונסי הנכסים וכונס הנכסים הרשמי –

1) ניתן בזאת תוקף של פסק-דין להסדר בין בעלי הדין (המערער והמשיב 2) מיום 27.4.2014, המצורף לפסק-הדין, מסומן באות "א". זאת, בלא לדון בערעור לגופו.

2) לבקשת בעלי הדין מבוטלת בזאת החלטת בית המשפט המחוזי בירושלים מיום 5.2.2013, בפר"ק 2011-07-12, עליה הוגש הערעור.

3) הדיון הקבוע ליום 26.5.2014 – מבוטל.
