פסק-דין

1.בכותרת של הסדר הפשרה מיום 13.4.2014 צוין אך ורק מספר ההליך בע"א 5672/11. ההסכם הוגש בגדרו של אותו הליך ונתבקשנו ליתן לו תוקף של פסק-דין (כפי שעשינו) באותו הליך בלבד.

2.מכל מקום, נוכח בקשת בעלות הדין מיום 27.4.2014 מובהר בזאת, כי הסכם הפשרה שהוגש בע"א 5672/11 ביום 13.4.2014, ושניתן לגביו תוקף של פסק-דין ביום 23.4.2014, חל אף לגבי ע"א 7027/12. אשר על כן, אנו נותנים להסכם הפשרה האמור, תוקף של פסק-דין אף במסגרת ע"א 7027/12.

3.בכך מסתיים, אם כן, הטיפול בע"א 7027/12, בלא צו להוצאות.
