בהמלצת בית המשפט, אנו מסכימים כי בית המשפט יפסוק לפי 79א' באופן שלפסק הדין יתווסף סכום בין 250,000 ש"ח לבין 400,000 ש"ח נכון להיום, כסכום סופי ומוחלט של התביעות ההדדיות בין הצדדים. סכום זה יושת על החברה. המערער (יחזקאל עזר) והמשיב 2 (סעד רסולי) מתחייבים בזה להפקיד בחברה כל אחד מחצית הסכום שייפסק, ולאחר מכן המערער ימשוך הסכום שייפסק.
