2.נוכח האמור בפיסקה 1 שלעיל, ולנוכח בקשת הצדדים – ניתן בזאת תוקף של פסק דין להסדר הפשרה הנ"ל. הערעור והערעור שכנגד – נדחים, איפוא, לבקשת הצדדים, ללא צו להוצאות.

1.הפיקדונות שהופקדו על-ידי הצדדים במסגרת הערעור והערעור שכנגד – יוחזרו למפקידיהם.
