לפני בקשה מוסכמת למחיקת העתירה שבאה בעקבות החלטת המשיבים לערוך שימוע בכתב לעותרים לאחריו תתקבל החלטה חדשה בבקשתם לאיחוד משפחות, והכל כמפורט בבקשה המוסכמת מיום 27.1.2010. לבקשת בעלי הדין, העתירה נמחקת ללא צו להוצאות.
