Inbar Yehezkeli Blilious was born in 1977 in Jerusalem

Inbar Yehezkeli Blilious was born in Jerusalem in 1977. In the IDF she was a reporter and producer for the army magazine Bamahane. After her 1997 discharge, she spent four years as a television researcher and a year as a culture reporter for Reshet Bet radio.

She studied law with a focus on human rights and interned at the Jerusalem District Attorney's Office. She later earned a master's degree in law from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.

From 2007 to 2008 she was a lawyer at Bizchut, working for the rights of people with disabilities. In 2008 she became legal adviser to the Association of Rape Crisis Centers, and in 2010 she was named director of the Jerusalem Rape Crisis Center.

She advised welfare ministers Moshe Kahlon and Meir Cohen from 2011 to 2014, and Kahlon again as finance minister from 2015 to 2018. In 2020 she became chief of staff to Welfare Minister Itzik Shmuli. From 2023 to 2024 she co-directed the Democratic Institute.

She ran for the Knesset with National Unity in 2022 but was not elected. She joined the Yashar party in 2026 and was elected to the 26th Knesset. She lives in Beit Zayit.
