Lee Sima Falkon was born on 7 May 1992. She began playing football at age 8 in a club of the Megiddo Regional Council. From age 12 she trained with Bnot Tiv'on.

At age 13 she joined an Israeli youth national team, because Israel had no working junior leagues for girls. At 16 she moved to ASA Tel Aviv University. With the club she won league titles and the Israeli Women's Cup.

At 18 she received sportswoman status from the army and went to college in Kentucky, but soon returned to ASA Tel Aviv. After her army service she joined SC Sand in Germany, then came back to Israel after a few months.

Her goal in a 1:0 win for Israel against Denmark led to a contract with Brøndby IF, where she played one season. In August 2015 she joined MSV Duisburg and helped it win promotion to the Frauen-Bundesliga. She joined Western Sydney Wanderers ahead of the 2017-18 season.
