Or Alon Israelov was born on 2 September 2004 in Shoham. His parents are Idit and Eldad Israelov. He also holds a Portuguese passport.

He started playing football in the children's section of Maccabi Shoham. In 2015 he moved to the Hapoel Tel Aviv youth section. He made his senior debut for Hapoel Tel Aviv in August 2021 in the Toto Cup, and his first Israeli Premier League game came that December.

With Hapoel Tel Aviv he won the Leumit Toto Cup in 2024/2025. In August 2025 he was loaned to Estoril in Portugal for a season with an option to buy. In September 2026 he was loaned to Hapoel Petah Tikva of the Israeli Premier League.

He played for Israel's under-19 team, which reached the final of the 2022 European Championship and lost to England after extra time. He also played for Israel's under-20 team at the 2023 World Cup, which reached the semifinal against Uruguay. He was named to Israel's under-23 Olympic squad for the 2024 Paris Olympics.
