Rishony was born in Holon in 1991. At age 5 she started ballet, although she wanted to do judo. After 2 years of ballet she began training in judo.

She holds a bachelor's degree in economics and management from the Ruppin Academic Center. Her club is the Netanya Gladiator Judo Club.

She won the Israeli championship several times and medals on the world tour, including gold at the 2013 Tashkent Grand Prix. A left knee injury in 2013 required surgery and kept her out of that year's European and World Championships. At the 2016 Rio Olympics she was disqualified in her first bout after a referee's decision.

At the 2020 Tokyo Olympics she placed 5th in the 48 kg event and won bronze with Israel's mixed team. She won bronze at the 2022 European Championships in Sofia, her first European medal.

At the 2024 Paris Olympics she placed 17th in the 48 kg event. In August 2025, after hand surgery, she announced her retirement. She lives in Even Yehuda.
