1. ביטול המג׳לה
המג׳לה – בטלה.
2. שמירת דינים
(א)אין בחוק זה כדי לגרוע מהוראת חוק המקיימת, לענין מיוחד, תקפה של הורָאה מהוראות המג׳לה.
(ב)חוק זה לא יתפרש כאילו בא לגרוע מתקפו של דין שלפיו דן בית דין שרעי.
נתקבל בכנסת ביום י״ג בסיון התשמ״ד (13 ביוני 1984).
