18. שמירת דינים
(א)חוק זה אינו גורע מהוראות פקודת הכלבת, 1934, פקודת מחלות בעלי חיים [נוסח חדש], התשמ״ה–1985, חוק להגנת חיית הבר, התשט״ו–1955, חוק גנים לאומיים, שמורות טבע, אתרים לאומיים ואתרי הנצחה, התשנ״ב–1992, פקודת הדיג, 1937, חוק הגנת הצומח, התשט״ז–1956, ופקודת בריאות העם, 1940.
(ב)מי שמבצע הוראות רופא וטרינר ממשלתי לפי פקודת הכלבת, 1934, או לפי פקודת מחלות בעלי חיים [נוסח חדש], התשמ״ה–1985, לא יראוהו כעובר על הוראות סעיף 2.
