3. גיל הפרישה
תיקון: תשפ״ב
הגיל שבהגיעו אליו זכאי אדם לפרוש מעבודתו בשל גילו ולקבל, בהתקיים התנאים הקבועים לכך על פי דין או הסכם, גמלה בשל פרישתו מעבודתו כאמור, הוא גיל 67 לגבר וגיל 65 לאישה (בחוק זה – גיל הפרישה).
