12. כוחו של בית־משפט עם החיוב בדין
מקום שיצא אדם חייב בדינו בפני בית־משפט כל־שהוא על עבירה כל־שהיא, לפי הפקודה הזאת, רשאי בית־המשפט –
(א)להכריז על שמיטתם של כל משקל, מידה ומכונת־שקילה, שבגינם בוצעה העבירה;
(ב)לגרום לפרסומו של החייב בדין באותו אופן שימצאהו רצוי.
