27. שטר העברת בעלות
שטר העברה לענין סעיף 26 יהיה לפי טופס שנקבע בתקנות וייחתם על ידי הבעל הרשום של כלי השיט או של החלק המועבר (להלן – המעביר), ועל ידי רוכש כלי השיט או החלק (להלן – הנעבר), במדינה בפני הרשם ובחוץ־לארץ בפני נציג, ויאושר על ידי האדם שבפניו נחתם.
