חובות מובטחים שנוצרו במסע אחד והם מדרגות שונות, סדר עדיפותם הוא לפי סדר דרגותיהם בסעיף 41; היו מדרגה אחת – זכותם שווה, ואם לא הספיק המשועבד לתשלום כולם יחולק ביניהם לפי שיעור יחסי.
