47. העברת זכות
העביר הזכאי לתשלום המובטח על ידי שעבוד לפי סעיף 40 (להלן – בעל השעבוד), את הזכות לאדם אחר, כולה או מקצתה, יהיה אותו אדם עם העברה זו בעל השעבוד לפי דרגת עדיפותו.
