5. כלי שיט שרישומו חובה
כלי שיט הכשיר לרישום – חייב ברישום ובעלו יגיש לרשם בקשת רישום תוך 30 יום מיום שהגיע כלי השיט לרשותו; אולם אם ראה המנהל טעם סביר, רשאי הוא להרשות בכתב שהבקשה תוגש לאחר זמן.
