58. העברת משכנתה
בעל משכנתה רשאי, אם אין בשטר המשכנתה תנאים אחרים, להעביר את החוב המובטח במשכנתה, כולו או מקצתו, אף ללא הסכמת הממשכן בשטר העברת משכנתה ורישומו בהתאם להוראות חוק זה.
