שטר משכנתה שנערך ונחתם בהתאם לחוק זה בחוץ לארץ, והוגש לרישום בהתאם לסעיף 61, תוארך לגביו התקופה של 21 יום הקבועה בסעיף 127(1) לפקודת החברות לתקופה של 75 יום.
