71. פקיעת המשכנתה במכירה על ידי בית המשפט
על אף האמור בסעיף 70 – אם נמכר כלי שיט או חלק ממנו על פי צו בית משפט או בהליכי הוצאה לפועל, ינוכו הוצאות בית המשפט וההוצאה לפועל והוצאות השמירה וההחזקה מדמי המכר והעודף יבוא לכל ענין במקום הנמכר.
