81. זכויות נושים על פי עיקול
ניתן על פי חוק זה צו למכור כלי שיט או חלק ממנו, יותלה כל הליך לעיקולם ולמכירתם לפי דין אחר, כל עוד נמשכים ההליכים למכירתם לפי חוק זה, אולם נושה שעיקלם או היה רשאי לעקלם לפי דין אחר, רשאי להצטרף להליכי המכירה לפי חוק זה ולהיפרע מדמי המכר, בשים לב לכל זכות קדימה בנמכר מכוח חוק זה וכל דין אחר.
