94. שם ומספר
(א)לכל כלי שיט יהיה שם בו יירשם ובו יזוהה (להלן – השם הרשום), ולכל כלי שיט יינתן עם רישומו מספר רשמי (להלן – המספר הרשום).
(ב)המנהל רשאי להורות שכלי שיט פלוני או סוג של כלי שיט ישוחרר מחובת שם ויזוהה על ידי המספר הרשום או דרך זיהוי אחרת.
