13. שמירת סודיות
עובד מעון יום שיקומי וכל אדם שהגיעה אליו ידיעה תוך כדי ביצוע הוראות חוק זה ישמרה בסוד ולא יגלה אותה אלא לשם ביצוע הוראות חוק זה או על פי דין.
