תיקון: תשע״ה
מעסיק המשלם פיקדון לגבי מסתנן, ידווח לממונה באופן מקוון, במועד ביצוע התשלום, על תשלום הפיקדון כאמור לגבי כל עובד זר שהוא מסתנן המועסק על ידיו, על סכום הפיקדון ששולם והתקופה שבעדה שולם, ועל פרטיו ופרטי העובד הזר שלגביו שולם הפיקדון.
