19. הרחקה או הגבלה לאחר הרשעה
הורשע אדם בעבירה הקשורה לספורט, ייתן בית המשפט שהרשיעו צו להרחקתו לפי סעיף 18(א)(1) לתקופה שלא תעלה על חמש שנים, אלא אם כן קבע בית המשפט אחרת, מנימוקים מיוחדים שיפורטו בהחלטתו; בסעיף זה, ”הורשע“ – לרבות מי שנקבע שביצע את העבירה.
