38. הוראת מעבר
מי שמונה עד תום שנה מיום הפרסום כסדרן בטיחות לפי חוק הבטיחות, יראו אותו כאילו הוסמך כסדרן לאירועי ספורט לפי חוק זה לתקופה שלא תעלה על שלוש שנים מיום הפרסום או עד להסמכתו כסדרן לאירועי ספורט לפי סעיף 10 לחוק זה, לפי המוקדם.
