The Israel Youth Hostel Association's hostel at the edge of Old Acre, built around Crusader ruins, with 76 rooms and a kosher dining hall

HI Akko Knights is the Israel Youth Hostel Association's hostel on Weizman Street, at the edge of Old Acre. Its page on Hostelling International's site says it opened in 2018 as a modern building threaded through the remains of 13th-century Crusader houses, with a 16th-century Ottoman aqueduct crossing the dining area and a roof terrace facing the old city's walls. It has 76 air-conditioned rooms, from singles and twins to family rooms and dormitories for up to six, each with its own bathroom, a mini fridge, a television and a coffee corner, and several rooms and all the shared areas are step-free. Breakfast is included, the 350-seat dining hall is under the supervision of the Acre rabbinate, there is a synagogue for guests who keep Shabbat, and reception is staffed around the clock in Hebrew, English and Arabic. The Knights' Halls are five minutes away on foot and the Turkish bazaar three, by the page's count.
