Jessica is a restaurant and bar with an Israeli Mediterranean kitchen in the new BIG complex in Beer Sheva, at 5 Heil HaHandasa Street. It belongs to five brothers of the Jano family, Avi, Shlomi, Yehuda, Lavi and Ben, who grew up in the city's Shchuna Dalet, as mako tells it: Avi managed the restaurant Messa, three of them were partners of the chef Nir Zook in his Jaffa compound, and two ran Jessica's Tel Aviv branch until the pandemic. By the restaurant's own account it came to Beer Sheva in 2019 after twelve years in Tel Aviv, and it is named after Jessica Rabbit. For its first years it was a restro bar in the Mivne centre at 25 Yitzhak Nafcha Street, where mako found it in March 2023 in a large room with colourful furniture, plants and a balcony. In May 2025 it moved into the new BIG complex, into about 330 square metres, three times the old space, designed by the architect Shahar Weiss, with a menu reworked by the chef and culinary consultant Meir Alaluf, as the restaurant announced that month. mako's Lin Levi described the new place in July 2025: glass walls, a yard with an outdoor bar and a private room, and behind a hidden door a small tropical-style bar called Roger, with a DJ booth and 80 seats, open three days a week and passed on by word of mouth. Its website offers a VIP room for private events of up to 50 guests, and the whole restaurant for up to 160. The menu leans on plates for the middle of the table, from seared red tuna and fish shawarma to veal sweetbreads, beside salads, pastas and main courses such as sea bass a la plancha, Yoram's kebab and a beef fillet. Among its long-standing dishes are the kruvitush cauliflower salad and Riki's cigar, a spicy meat cigar made to the brothers' mother's recipe. From 12:00 to 16:00 it serves a business lunch, in which the price of the main course includes a starter and a soft drink, and mako wrote that the evening menu starts at 18:00. It opens every day of the week from 12:00. Channel 13 put it first among seven Beer Sheva restaurants in August 2025, writing that the move had done it good, and Amir Kaminer wrote in ynet in August 2026 that its pappardelle with spicy fish is one of the better pasta dishes Beer Sheva has to offer.

The price of the main course includes a starter and a soft drink, from 84 shekels for the gnocchi to 132 for a 200 g entrecôte. A few starters cost extra, from 15 shekels for the beef carpaccio to 32 for the sirloin tataki, and a beer adds 16 shekels and a glass of wine 22.
