Pullim is a boutique coffee roastery at 3 Arie Katzenstein Street in Haifa. Its site says it is not an industrial plant or a production line: the beans are roasted every day in measured amounts, each kind to a profile built for it, shorter where the natural sweetness is to be kept and longer where body and depth are wanted. Each delivery of green beans is tasted and checked before it joins the range, and the roasted coffee is packed by hand in bags with a one-way valve. The shop sells house blends, flavoured coffees, single origins, green coffee and coffee machines, and the roastery also supplies businesses. It is open from Sunday to Thursday.
