Fish and seafood with Asian touches on the Dan Accadia's beach promenade in Herzliya Pituach, with glass windows onto the sea and outdoor tables on two levels by the beach

Yam 7 is a restaurant on the beach in Herzliya Pituach, on the Dan Accadia promenade, in the hotel's complex at 122 Ramat Yam Street. By its own account it belongs to the veteran restaurateur Danny Eytan, Udi Gazith and Shachaf Katz, and its kitchen, led by chef Yuri Sanchook, is Mediterranean with a nod to the cuisines of the Far East; its booking page calls the kitchen French and Mediterranean. The menu its website posted in September 2026 runs from tapas such as coquilles Saint-Jacques, tuna tataki and sea fish sashimi, through a Thai seafood salad and a Jerusalem mixed grill of fish, to sea bass and sea bream fillets, curry shrimp, a seafood medley for 228 shekels and whole sea bass, beside burgers, beef cuts by weight, a vegetarian gnocchi and a plant-based burger. Its day, in its own words, begins with breakfasts at weekends and on holidays, goes on to business lunches midweek, turns to tapas at sunset and ends with dinner and a menu of specials, and it says it champions Israeli wine. The air-conditioned dining room is decorated in greens and blues, with large windows onto the sea and tables from small ones for couples to large ones for groups; outside, tables and bar tables are spread over two levels by the beach. It hosts private and business events, in the morning, at midday and in the evening, and it is closed on Sundays. mako reported in 2016 that it had been thoroughly renovated and given a new menu, with Asian small plates for sharing, by consulting chef Assaf Zilberstein and chef Yuri Sanchook. ynet included it in 2017 among the country's seafront restaurants; PassportNews put it among five Herzliya restaurants worth knowing in December 2023, writing that it shows a beach restaurant need not fall into the trap of the cheap beach restaurant; and Rest's magazine listed it among the sea-view restaurants on Herzliya's beach in January 2026.
