HaArazim Pizza Bakery was founded by the pastry chef and baker Eli Salama, who its site says baked at home from childhood and learned the trade in some of the best patisseries in Jerusalem. It began in the early 2000s, and his son Asaf later joined him; together they built a family boutique bakery. The patisserie, bakery and pizzeria make handmade pizzas and pastries for private and business customers, for breakfasts and lunches, meetings, toasts and dinners at home.
