A family café and patisserie in the Kiryat Yovel shopping centre, opened in 1961 and run by the third generation, with cakes and pastries baked on site.

Parash is a dairy café, patisserie and caterer in the Kiryat Yovel shopping centre, opened in 1961 by the head of the family, Mordechai Parash. He married Ora, one of his customers, and later handed the rolling pin to his son Mati, who learned the secrets of baking from him; over the years the place grew into a neighbourhood café-bistro, run today by Mordechai's grandson Mor. The family still does the baking and the cooking, and the site says the café recalls the cafés of Barcelona, Vienna and Paris, with patisserie made on the premises that it counts among the ten best in the country. It also makes hosting trays for toasts, birthdays, brit and bar mitzvah celebrations and engagements. It opens Sunday to Thursday from 8:00 to 20:00 and on Friday from 7:30 to 16:30.
