A cafe and coffee roaster in a conserved Templer building on Emek Refaim Street in the German Colony, run by two brothers.

Birma Coffee is a cafe at 20 Emek Refaim Street, in a conserved Templer building in the German Colony, run by the brothers Michael and Daniel Ronen, who its site says managed companies and cafes before. It imports its beans from farms around the world and roasts and grinds each order on the spot, whether a cup at the cafe or a package bought online, and each package carries a piece of local art. The brothers founded Birma to give a home to people who love good coffee and a stage to new Jerusalem artists, and its site shows art by Michael Ronen and other young Jerusalem artists. It invites guests to come for coffee and freshly baked pastries, and it sells coffee, capsules, tea and brewing equipment.
