Canopy Coffee is a roastery whose shop is at 6 Mevo HaMatmid. On its site the founder, a designer and a Jerusalemite, writes that he began with an old hand-operated roasting machine and set the roastery up as a place for discovery and learning. The site says the coffee is roasted in small batches close to each order, sold in colour-coded series from sweet and balanced to bitter and strong, and that its coffees won two gold medals and a silver in the 2026 HaKafe HaTov competition. It also runs coffee workshops and ships orders.
