Segev's Butchery is a kosher butcher's shop at 4 Yad Harutsim Street, opened in 2014 by Nissim Segev after 15 years as a butcher in the non-kosher world and abroad, its site says. The care starts every morning on the truck, choosing the best quarters, and goes on through the butchering, the ageing and the exact cutting. It sells premium beef, steaks, select cuts and poultry in the shop and through its online store, with free delivery within Jerusalem on orders over 1,000 shekels.
