A boutique gelato shop on Derech Beit Lehem in Baka, making soft gelato, sorbets and handmade ice-cream bars on the premises.

Tziga is a small gelato shop at 31 Derech Beit Lehem in Baka. Its founder writes on the shop's site that she always dreamed of opening a little boutique gelateria like the ones in Italy, where the ice cream is made by hand and customers can watch it being made. The gelato is soft, made with ingredients brought from Italy, without preservatives, food colouring or eggs and with less sugar, and much of it is gluten-free; a large part of the range is vegan, some of it water-based sorbets and some on plant cream. The site lists dozens of flavours, among them Sicilian pistachio, mascarpone with forest fruits and chai masala, and sorbets from lemon and basil to blood orange. The shop also makes Tzigonim, ice-cream bars dipped in chocolate by hand, and mousse cakes, and it caters events. It is open Sunday to Thursday from 11:00 to 20:30 and on Friday from 7:00 to 15:30.
