The Talpiot branch of a Jerusalem baguette shop founded by three brothers from Musrara, open until the small hours.

Baguette HaPaamon was founded in 1998 by three brothers of the Cohen family from the Musrara neighbourhood, and its site says it began on Emek Refaim Street beside Gan HaPaamon, the Liberty Bell Park, which gave it its name. The idea was a filling meal in a baguette, like at home, at a price for every pocket, and the brothers' mother made the cooked salads with home spices. The chain now has branches in Kiryat Yovel, Gilo and Talpiot in Jerusalem, and in Ashkelon. The Talpiot branch at 30 HaUman Street is open from 8:00 until 3:00, until 5:00 on Thursday, and again on Saturday night from an hour after Shabbat until 5:00.
